MR PMA: A Magical Week
Having run my own retreats before, I know exactly what it takes to get these things up and running and make them magical. And that’s what Doug did. He made it magical.So if your’e thinking about having a magical time and experiencing something you’ve never done before I strongly recommend one of Doug’s retreats. You will not be disappointed.
What a trip!
Had such an amazing time in Bali, was nervous I wasn’t the fittest or in as good shape as other people but the training was so inclusive, always fun and never felt pressured. Our group got on really well in a way that never forced or awkward, some people came in pairs and probably half the group came on their own. Loved the fact got to see a lot of the sites too whereas other fitness holidays had looked at were totally just about working out and no exploring. If in doubt, just give it a go!
The Perfect Balance
This was my first retreat and it by far exceeded even my highest expectations. Every workout, activity and experience was curated and organised perfectly. The perfect Balance of restoration and adventure.
The Villa was truly stunning and the food divine (I would like to marry the chef)! I hadn’t done much yoga before, but now practice regularly as I wholeheartedly appreciate the benefits. The team CrossFit gym sessions were so much fun and I miss the party bus vibes.

…join Doug on his retreat! Amazing accommodation and facilities. Food was divine. The yoga and balance of fitness was great. I enjoyed all of the excursions too. You’ll get to experience it with some like-minded people, and meet some pretty cool people who’ll end up as friends. The trip left me inspired and filled with some much needed confidence to make some changes. Bali is a beautiful country, and this is a perfect way to explore it if you’re a solo traveller.
